A lovely stay with our German shepherd for one night over Easter. The place was clean and spacious. The surroundings were peaceful and it was the perfect setting to relax in the hot tub and enjoy a glass of wine!

Amazing place. Close to some shops and restaurants so not struggling to find anything.

Had a wonderful nights stay at Davey Johns. It was clean, easy check-in and had all the amenities we needed. We ate and drank at ‘The Old Glen Bar’ which made the trip too. Would 100% rebook!

I recently stayed at this quaint and charming cottage. It was such a lovely trip, it was the middle of winter and we had a cosy warm and comfortable stay. The cottage boasts modern amenities you might not expect of a cottage such as a hot tub and projector screen with access to all your streaming preferences. It was a very enjoyable escape from the city and in the heart of one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland. (even in the winter)

It was honestly the perfect location to just just unwind after a special day. Having the hot tub on constantly made it so enjoyable to end the night and start the day by relaxing in it. The cabin was super clean and the bedroom was magnificent. One of the best nights sleep we’ve had. Definitely recommend and will be back during the summer to try out the outdoor stove x

The cottage is in an idyllic location. It’s a traditional build with a quirky layout but was ideal for our NYE/winter break. The hot tub and cinema screen were especially welcome. It’s a short drive to any shops or pubs so not ideal if you want to walk but the views and peaceful location make up for this.

Really enjoyed our stay here, very scenic and a great spot for a chilled night away.

An escape for sure. The novelty of a log cabin and hot tub sold it to my friend and myself. Cosy, clean and quiet. Nice touches inside. A little bit difficult to find the entrance as no landmark or light at night. Would have liked a microwave and hooks on back of the doors! Shane was a great host who went the extra mile sorting out our bedding problem asap. So grateful that he accepts house dogs. Will aim to return.

A fantastic stay in one of the cabins - the cabin was immaculate and beautifully decorated & so cosy. Dog friendly and our two dogs settled right in. Shane was a great host and very helpful both before and throughout our stay. The hot tub was fabulous on the stormy Donegal nights and we had everything we needed - a real home away from home! Just a perfect spot both to explore Donegal and to relax.

This place was absolutely stunning and so cosy! Myself, my wife and our dog had the best time. The cabin is amazing and the bed is so comfortable! Hot tub is always a must and it did not disappoint. Most of all, the host Shane was amazing and so attentive. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay in one of the cabins - the decor & furnishings are beautiful and clearly a lot of thought has been put in to making it so nice & cosy - we had everything we needed, the hot tub was fab and made up for the weather! Was looking for a quiet place to unwind over the Christmas period and this is the perfect spot to go very peaceful and serene..The cabin is well presented with all amenities also very warm and cosy.Checking in was easy and all worked perfect in short what you see on the booking is what you get no tricks.. The host also kept in touch to make sure everything run smooth..Would highly recommend and book again.

We had a lovely stay in Cabin 1 which is in a great location with a lovely hot tub. Lots of places to visit nearby.
The cabin is comfortable and fully furnished. Never stayed in a place where one of the best bluetooth portable speakers provided.
Lots of choice on tv and as I mentioned before the blue tooth speaker was great to listen to our music while relaxing in the hot tub
Kitchen is well equipped, and although there are a few restaurants close by, we did use the air fryer once which was convenient.
Bed was comfortable and Shower was always hot.
The entire house was well insulated and was always warm.
Shane is very responsive and helpful and kept in touch as and when we needed anything.
I feel bad I disturbed him during his Christmas eve dinner with his family by asking couple of questions🙈🙈.
I would certainly recommend cabin which is located in a amazing surrounding.
