We want everyone who books with us to feel confident about it. Here’s how cancellations work.
30 or more days before check-in. A full refund, including any taxes paid.
Between 7 and 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund, including full taxes.
Less than 7 days before check-in. The booking can’t be refunded at this stage, but any pro-rated taxes are returned.
If you’ve booked through Airbnb or Booking.com, those platforms’ own cancellation policies apply; you’ll see them at the time of booking.
